They acknowledged receiving my $75000 via Bitcoin , but insisted it never appeared on their end.there was no way for me to demonstrate that they had truly received that payment. The fact that SHENGUI is regulated should not be a source of comfort; rather, it begs the issue of how they have gotten away with deceiving their customers for so long. SHENGUI trades against us and has the ability to manipulate prices.
